海南橡膠擁有境內(nèi)外在產(chǎn)天然橡膠初加工廠59家，分布在中國、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、泰國、科特迪瓦等多個國家和地區(qū)，全球年初加工產(chǎn)能約245萬噸。公司初加工產(chǎn)品包括全乳膠、濃縮乳膠、10#、20#標(biāo)準(zhǔn)膠、10#子午膠、膠清膠、混合膠、煙片膠、印尼標(biāo)膠等，且具備大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)特種膠、專業(yè)膠等高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的能力。公司在中國的天然橡膠初加工廠全部通過ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證，“美聯(lián)”“寶島”“五指山”等品牌深受下游企業(yè)青睞，其中“美聯(lián)”品牌是目前被中國乳膠制品行業(yè)廣泛認(rèn)可的第一品牌。下屬子公司合盛農(nóng)業(yè)制定了行業(yè)較為領(lǐng)先的HeveaPro生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并實現(xiàn)對外輸出，以HeveaPro標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的天然橡膠產(chǎn)品廣受贊譽，共有35個工廠取得全球前十大輪胎廠商認(rèn)證。

Hainan Rubber has 59 natural rubber midstream processing plants located in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, C?te d'Ivoire and other countries and regions, with a global processing capacity of about 2.45 million tons per year. The Group’s midstream processing products include SCR WF, CNR, SCR10/20, SCR RT10, SCR G, Mixture Rubber, RSS and SIR, etc., and it is able to produce special rubber, specialized rubber and other high-quality products on a large scale. All its natural rubber midstream processing plants in China have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification; brands such as “Melian”, “Baodao” and “Wuzhishan” are favored by downstream enterprises, among which the “Melian” brand is currently the first brand widely recognized by the Chinese latex industry. The Group’s natural rubber products produced with HeveaPRO, a pioneering industry production standard formulated by the Group’s subsidiary Halcyon Agri, are widely acclaimed. A total of 35 factories have obtained certification from the world’s top ten tire manufacturers.
